Cancellation and order changes

Since all of my products are made to order I cannot make any changes or cancel/refund your order once you place it.

Shipping delays

At Trixey Ray Boutique, we are a small, handmade business, not a large retailer like Amazon. Our products are custom-made after you order, so making your bandanas takes 7-12  business days, plus shipping time. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages for free as we are not responsible for shipping errors once the package leaves our hands. Shipping is a separate service you purchase at checkout, and any issues with the carrier should be addressed directly with them.

As a small business, we cannot afford to cover material and shipping costs for errors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your order.

Exchanges and refunds

If you have ordered the wrong size I unfortunately can't send you a new product. Make sure to read the size guide carefully!

Product care

Vinyl bandanasIf the bandana you ordered has wording/image on it please do not iron on top of the vinyl this could cause the vinyl to melt.

All fabrics can be machine washed
