Rush Fee

If you would like your order rushed please message me on IG at @trixeyrayboutique the fee is typically $5. The soonest I can ship is next day depending on how much you order:)

Cancellation and order changes

Since all of my products are made to order I cannot make any changes or cancel/refund your order once you place it.

Shipping delays

If your order gets lost in the mail or delayed please contact me on IG. If your order is delayed I ask that you wait 3 days to confirm that it is lost. If your order doesn't come after the 3 days of it being out for delivery. I will send you a replacement.

Exchanges and refunds

If your order is damaged or you have received the wrong product message me and we can exchange the products. (you must send the damaged item back)

If you have ordered the wrong size I unfortunately can't send you a new product. Make sure to read the size guide carefully!

Product care

Vinyl bandanasIf the bandana you ordered has wording/image on it please do not iron on top of the vinyl this could cause the vinyl to melt.

All fabrics can be machine washed
